Chef Cynthia Lozano Rodriguez brought her childhood love of cuisine to the U.S. at the age of nine. She began her workplace experience in a local Irish Pub before moving on the Head Chef of Catering and Food Service at a large hotel chain; and finally the Pelican Hill Resort. Cynthia’s mission is to bring fresh, flavorful food to her patron at a reasonable price and she is thrilled to be able to provide you a memorable dining experience.
